Purpose

Jesus never says to the poor: ‘come find the church’, but he says to those of us in the church: ‘go into the world and find the poor, hungry, homeless, imprisoned.
Outreach is not about a specific target population. Rather, it is a methodology. Outreach methodology brings help and counsel to a variety of traditionally underserved populations by going where people are instead of waiting for them to come to us.
